When it works
Since update seems to constantly display camera offline on unable to use live view still get alerts and can view alerts so camera is fine. Uninstalled app and reinstalled and works for about 5 mins then same happens again.karlos75
Great Product, but...
Great camera, easy to use app. I get alerts on my phone at work when there is activity in my back garden. Only negative is the motion detector is too sensitive, even on the lowest setting.
Also, App needs the option to set more than one alarm timed setting. To all those struggling to set it up beware 5ghz on your router. Mine automatically tried to set up on this but it will only work on the 2.4ghz band.Show lessBodDamnIt
Disappointed
User friendly to set up however as soon as I am away from home and on my mobile data I am unable to access anything. I get the message, ‘network abnormal ‘. The camera itself if still connected to home wifi , I just can’t access it. I have another camera which continues to work well on a different APP so it’s not the WIFI.

Not sending verification code via sms or email.....
Waste of time. After an hour I have still not received earth email or sms code verification

Setup CPVan
This software works well once you understand
to give it time to reset it self, if you screw up the setup.
I spent a whole afternoon trying to bind the phone with the camera, no luck, resetting and resetting still no luck.
I then put it down after deleting everything in the Netsee software, reset the camera, unplugged it from the power and pressed the reset button again, left it alone all night, plug the power in the morning and restarted again, it Connected and bind first try. Brilliant.Show lessold school communications.
Poor
Can’t fast forward or rewind. Alert alarm goes off even if you deselect it. Cannot play recorded videos in album. Ruining an otherwise excellent cameraDinobav

App needs work
The camera seems great but the app freezes all the time and then says the camera is offline when it seems to be working okay. The app lets the camera service down and needs some proper user testing before next release.Dan1-1075
no sign in
when i sign in to my account it keeps coming up “wrong password” also the help center is not in english looks like it cant be used on ipad.01stentman
Works perfectly
This app works fine for me, not sure why so many negative reviews. Added two cameras so far, plan to add three more. Camera viewing and playback from internal SD cards works perfectly, takes just a couple of seconds to load. No issues here.Stuartnufc
