Unreliable
Difficult to view camera and can’t even log on to account has app keep giving “Network Exception” which I assume means I can connect to your servers?!

Use their Business App “iThink” for camera scroll
Although I was told an update is coming to fix the camera scroll I was also told about their Business App iThink and it works great 5 Stars.Super Altermattego
Wouldn’t recommend current version
Purchased today, has no motion detection level settings as manual states, cannot have motion alerts without the alarm sounding even with sound off... hope an update resolves soonjdjdmsl
Rotation problem
Everytime I rotate this camera with App..it rotates more than expected..so annoying...and So weird!Sydtony

FIX YOUR FAULTY APP
I purchased one of your webcams to use as a baby monitor and the app to use with it has been nothing but unreliable.
It constantly drops connection.
It has trouble logging in.
Upon reconnection it buffers for a long time but never connects.
Why??? I always have FULL WiFi coverage.
This is a problem, how am I supposed to use the camera as intended to be used when the app does NOT work??????😡😡😡😡😡Show lessMissclaireyg

It’s is poor it won’t even let me sign up it just says that it has sent the email and I never get the code and even a few other people have tryed aswellperthjohn
