Firstly Sherley, please feel free to Direct message me as all of your concerns can be easily addressed. You can definitely add runs back as far as 4 weeks. Our old app and the new one allow daily entries as far back as 4 weeks. I can help teach you how to do this. you don't need to link - it can all be done from the App. The data you refer to as "lost" is never lost... it's just that we launched the App 8 weeks ago, so now that you have it, you need to update the runs and I can help add the data and all the runs that deserve to be there.
Improved Strava connectivity with last update?

Strava will always come across - our old App sometimes took 3 days. Its now instant. we are aware of some Strava limits that we have reached in the transition phase (4 days this occurred over the last 6 weeks) and are confident that this will be 100% fixed by the weekend. Rest assured, your runs are always there and will always come across. and I'm always happy to help import anything missed if you need me to.
