Fantastic UI
I first used this application as an iPhone demo at an Apple store.

Good idea, little janky UX
Swiping sometimes doesn’t work if you don’t swipe for long enough (even though the phone will vibrate). Also, it’s too hard to swap currencies (need to click on a currency to bring up a menu, and if you click in between the currencies, nothing happens). Swapping shouldn’t take two clicks.Nish848294
EASY!!!
Used this a App in Mexico for peso to dollars. We were lost before we had it, trying to use various other methods. Elk made it really easy to figure out our transactions. Very Helpful!Schnabley
1 change to perfection
I just wish that I had the option that once I’m in a higher denomination such as 1000’s that I could tap again to not only show 100’s but show the 10’s place, and then tap again etc. just for a really accurate conversion. Maybe a swipe to close that level and return back a level.Tgistb
Surprised it asked for payment
It’s a well-designed, very useful app. I played around with it a little after I downloaded it and really enjoyed it. However, the free version has very limited foreign currencies. You have to pay to use most world currencies. I have other apps that give me the same data for free. I deleted it immediately.Show lesscregnow
Needs multiply currencies displayed
What the app has done, it has done well (Except the lock screen implementation is not live.) However it is still not my go to converter app since it lacks multiply currencies. There is lots of room on the display unused, why not create additional columns for additional currencies. An auto font resizing based on the amount of currencies being converted would be the best emplementation. The app also provided CAD to me for free but did not provide it to my friend, go figure.
For me I still prefer to use the app called Converter+, includes multiply currencies and converts anything to anything.Show lessWhy not use the Apple ID name
Just perfect
Super simple and beautifully designed. It’s interface is minimal but exactly what you want when traveling and not understanding the value of an item. It has a single purpose but does it in a way I can’t imagine improving upon.FerraraZ
