Shame in app developer of this app

Its been more than 3 years the app always have some major issues and the developer and the company’s higher management did not took any serious action. So in simple words shame on developer and higher management.

App needs an update

Recently there are a lot of issues in the app and update is needed to fix those. Please update the app.

Worst app for a phone carrier

Worst app for a phone carrier in Pakistan . Doesn’t work at all trying to login and nothing shows up sometimes even login information is invisible . Deleted

Not good app overall

This app like designed by a 4 year old I can’t see my remaining balance and it always force me to buy new ufone sims why would i buy more sim if i have one verry bad experience with this app

Pathetic App Functionality

Iv tried using multiple cards both debit and credit to recharge my Super card. I don’t get why is the app even available if it’s not going to do the job. For a telecom company that is one of the largest in the country, it’s pathetic how useless your app and the integrated payment methods are!!
Not only does the app not allow payments towards supercard recharges but these supercard recharges aren’t available on the banking apps anymore. In a world of digital technology they want us to walk to local stores and look for supercard recharge. All I can say is it’s sad how they are treating their customers.

Worst Telecom App, bad coders

First, connectivity issue from server side prevents Ufone App launch. If launched, it’s super slow.

Second, navigating through app is slow and counterintuitive.

Third, minutes and data and sms info isn’t updated or disappears displaying zero available resources.

Fourth, sometimes payments made for prepaid package don’t immediately reflect on account rendering account unusable. Have had to call Ufone Customer service to reset the account pushing them to do the needful since they resisted and weren’t willing to investigate and take responsibility of a glitch.

Fifth, Ufone needs to hire a competent team of coders to overhaul the app. Backend and front end of this app is badly coded and design is dated.

This app is not a convenience, it is a curse. Don’t use.

Useless app and Worst ever app from well known mobile company

Useless app and Worst ever app from well known mobile company and IT dept never bothered to solve issues of connectivity and updating of remaining package minutes and data. The after every 2-3 days they deduct from remaining balance. This is 3rd time I'm writing reviews.

I have already reported issue last year and still the same issues occursApp gets crashing time to time i think the developer just made app and they are not updating on regular bases. Its a shame that one of the famous and biggest mobile telecommunication company in Pakistan are having such worst kind of app most of the time there is issue of login and getting crashed. The aap should have regular follow up and update.

App not showing Current Packages Details

App is not showing current package details in the circle when clicking on any circle its showing error “problem in connecting to server”

This app is completely useless. Tried many. Times but doesn’t open. After these new couple of updates
