  • Calls & texts

    I’ve had the app for about a year. All of a sudden last month , my calls & texts stop going through. I’ve tried to let second number know through the customer service text, but nothing has been done. I’ve even looked for a customer service phone number, to notify someone, however can’t find one. So I am now paying for a service U’m unable to use. I don’t think I’ll recommend this app to anyone anymore!

    J’ai dépensé 10$ et je ne reçois même pas mes messages text.
  • Our number was deleted because this app developer didn’t pay its bills.

    We had a number for 2 years and then the app developer didn’t pay their fees so our number got shut down. When we tried to port the number we were told the number was locked. Do not use this 2nd number for business. These developers are absolutely scammers and sent us a response that our number was “not working because of uncontrollable circumstances (they never paid their bills). Here is the response on why our line was disconnected yet they still continued to bill us through the App Store:

    “We are very sorry for the bad experience, we can provide you with a new number. What you need to understand is that the new number can call the US and Canada numbers normally, and the service in other regions is still being fixed. However, due to force majeure, the SMS function cannot be used. If you need to change your number, please let us know and we will change it for you”

  • No SMS service

    The app started out great. Then out of no where, I can receive or send SMS (text message). I didn’t realize this until my customers wrote bad reviews stating that I was unresponsive. I’ve reached out to customer service several time's and got no where. They keep stating to allow 1-3 business days for a resolution. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I’m losing business over it. Getting a new number would cost me even more in the long run. I would need new cards, logos etc. looks like I may need to do that anyways. I just won’t be using this app for another line.

  • Fake Alert

    As soon as I associated my number, my credit card was hacked with it.
  • This doesn’t work!

    I paid for the subscription and it won’t let me log in and hasn’t given me the new number to be able to do that sufficiently. No one is responding via the help email!
  • Uk numbers

    There are no uk numbers so please add uk numbers
  • Scam alert

    I registered 2nd number with my Apple ID and subscribing for one month no trial. I picked a number and I clicked next and it asked me to enter my Apple ID password which I did. Now it saying successful but asking me to enter the number I picked which I did not write down or snap. And now I’m unable to access the number I just paid for. Is this a kind of fraud or scam. Because it there wasn’t anywhere been mentioned that I have to memorize the number I picked or something. Please do something about it

  • a bit better than expectations

    I have tried some to 2nd number or Text now or .... but found this one easier and price worthy opposit simillar brand 2nd PHONE NUMBER with very limited choices and a bit expensivER ,lazier so I found THIS satisfying enough
  • HORRIBLE

    I have reached out several times to customer support with absolutely no answer. Maybe I’ll get a reply to a poor review because it seems to be the only thing I can do. I try to send text messages to my patients but no one is getting my messages. Further I think my business number has been used by someone else because I keep getting calls from random numbers saying to stop calling them…I’ve never called these numbers before
