  • good app but big problem

    app works as it should. with free trial and everything. but subsequently i get bots texting my number immediately after signing up for the app. not saying it’s this app. but it doesnt look good when you get sex bot texts IMMEDIATELY after putting my number in the app

    This is my first time using any WiFi call or texts. So far I like it. The will be the true test, but sure looks promising!
  • No Support Available

    I having been paid for this service for months, only to find out it may have only worked the first month. While the account has an expiration date, the payment was deducted from my account monthly( got the receipts to prove it). I have emailed twice for support and I’m receding instructions to cancel and get a refund via Apple. This is not good business. I setup the second line for ministry and people are not able to reach me nor can I reach the developers or owners of this app.

  • Can’t receive texts

    I was using this to text someone. I thought they never replied. When I saw them they showed me their phone. They did text back but I never got it. Makes communication impossible and defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve used a few phones to text it and it’s hit or miss whether the text will come through or not.

  • Unreliable

    When it works it works amazing! However the last two months it has kicked me out of my account and made me redo my subscription, not sure if I was charged twice if I’m being honest. Then this time it kicked me out and got rid of the number I use for my business. Highly disappointed and now I have to find another way to contact my clients.

  • Limited Phone Numbers Available

    Tried for days to select a phone number... Still can’t find one available... Went through several states... Sent an email for support, but no response yet... At this point I want my money back to purchase an app developed by someone else just to have one that works... You pretty much can’t do anything without a number and the app is called 2nd number???

  • Money sink

    Your app description states the app is free to use during the three day trial and during the subscription week, month, or year. What it doesn’t state is, it’s only free to use while you have credits. It’s doesn’t state you get a limited number of credits to use during each subscription period and that when those credits are used, you have to purchase more a penny per credit. Which doesn’t sound like much, but your description also doesn’t say how many credits each incoming or outgoing text and call takes. I used this app for a couple of hours for business before I was already having to buy more credits. I’ve had to spend $10 today alone just to have enough credits to communicate with my clients and none of this was in your app disclaimer. Why is there no option to purchase an unlimited use plan or why is this not explained in explicit detail at the very least?

  • Over time have come to dislike this app.

    If you need a second line, it works for basics; talk/text. BUT, if my text threads where all disheveled and it would only show the text I would click on from my phone notifications. Even through the app (itself) I would refresh it and it wouldn’t show the texts in between. This caused many problems for me, as I used it as my business line. Also, I had picked a number and had many work-related text threads containing important information and contact info, and after a few months the app randomly restarted (I am guessing bc I updated my iPhone) and I had to get a new number and all the info was lost. I am canceling my subscription after today.

  • Can cancel immediately but still use free

    App functions as expected. It does have a free trial. You have to accept the “fee” or payment but can immediately log into app and cancel but still get 3 free days of use. If you just want for free trial, download set it up and go into setting and cancel right away.
