Worst customer service
This is worst customer service i have ever seen. Its being 48 hours that i have opened my account and provided the documents. There is no email communication or any status update tille now, it still shows their team is reviewing my account. How pathetic. Why this team is into business When they dont care about new customers and their business process. I strongly don’t recommend this company. Remitly and placid express are really good and give better rate too

Worst Money Transfer App Ever!!!
I was excited to see a new app in the money transferring business so I downloaded to try it out. I shouldn’t lie, this is the worst & most frustrating app ever. There are many bugs and improvements need to be made.
It asks you to fill Recipients Address and on submission it throws up an error saying "bank_account_number" and "bank_name" are missing. That address form doesn’t have those fields at all.
In the personal information form the DOB field is broke. It doesn’t let you choose the date. Try changing the month or year or day it reverts back to the year "2001". Seriously??
I wonder how this application went into production without being tested for very basic issues. I deleted the app, will never again download it & also will never recommend anyone to use this app. I’m sorry, I’m very frustrated.

Worst user interface
Instarem wants me to setup a profile and takes me to conversion rate page and there are no instructions to go further. There is not even an instruction or push buttons to go to next page or back. Its like a dubm stuck at a place. I had to close app everytime and this is not helping. Before adverstising and driving customers, make sure the user gets good experience after visiting. This forces me to leave instarem to choose better service providers.

Superb app for remittance
I have used lots of apps for transfer money abroad. This is one of the best app. Good rate for remittance , it take couple of days for the transfer to finish. But still you can save more on big transactions. Reliable as well. I never encountered any issues .
Worst service
I did a transfer to From GBP toINR ,it’s been 5days and the transfer is still not completed. There is no proper update from Custer service , Customer service guy promised to call me back and update on the status but till now no response ....there are many other service providers completes the transaction with in hours ,not happy with InstaReM ....I want a refund at least don’t know how long they might take for that ...I strongly recommend not to use this App

Pathetic service provider, could be cheat BEWARE
My account opening was declined without any reason. Beware as they collect personal data using Adhar and then decline ur account requests without clarification. There are better apps like Remitly and RemitR, so please save your time. Other apps also have better rates for transfer.
Fast and low cost
Sending money to a friend. Sign up process was straight forward, rates were better than I could get elsewhere and money was received really quickly. Great job, keep it up!
