Don’t trust in them, don’t even try

I have been trying to contact the customer service to find out where is my money as I started a transaction one week ago, first they asked me to send proof that I sent the money, they deducted the money directly from my bank so this shouldn't be a step but I sent the info, then after 4 days they reply saying they got the funds and sent them to the destination bank, it has been 25 hours since they funds were "sent" and we haven't got the money, if you want a good service and a good company to use and send money go with Xoom or Remitly, Instarem is the worst one ever, I have been using them for about a year and every transaction they had a new problem, I continued using them because they paid more money than other ones, but I won't use them anymore after this issue.

They keep saying the money was sent to bank and will be there in two business days, that didn’t happened and no one is able to tell me where is the money

I recommend instarem for money transfer since the app is easy to use and very convenient. They also have competitive rates and lower transfer fee. Plus, it reaches the beneficiary in 24 hours or less

Best transfer rates and quick transfer

I have been using InstaReM for last 9 months and it’s very easy to transfer money on the go and also provides best exchange rates. Best part is the transfer gets completed in max 10 mins which is very fast compared to other apps.

Good but can be better

I have used lots of apps to transfer money aboard. But InstaReM is good because
1. Good rates
2. Less Fee.
3. Quick transfer
4. Secured Login process.

But can enhance the below points
1. As I said it is secure login process but there are times, it goes in loop and getting lots of mails and SMS.
2. There should be Cancel feature where user can cancel their transaction on their own instead of waiting for auto cancellation.

Remittance is slow

After my second transfer they were asking for my identification which I already provided during application of account. They didn’t ask for my info on my first transaction. They were asking for reasons for transfer, source of funds and everything which already indicated on my transaction, they are questioning why am I transferring to my own account? It took 5 business days to process my transaction.

Good but can be better

1. Login process is secure. But there are times that it goes in loop and get tons of emails with codes and login notifications.
2. There should be a cancel button provided enabling users to cancel their instruction, if needed.
3. Its fx world, each sender would try to secure best rate. In changing market limiting user 2 pending transaction is bad user experience. Moreover, #2 is not implemented so user is stuck with generated rate and waits for auto-cancellation.
4. Rates are competitive

Disappointed. Don’t download this app.

It took them 3 days to approve my account. Asking different identification even a passport. Whenever you call them they didn’t have any specific answer to your question. I took them 3 business days to approve to open my account, took them 5 business days to send the money to the Philippines and end up cancelling the transaction. Poor service!!! Don’t you ever download this app. Also my card has been compromised I’m not even sure if this app is fraud!!

WORST REMITTANCE APP EVER

DO NOT USE NOR EVEN DOWNLOAD THIS. They will take your money and will claim that they havent received the payments yet. Also, They do not process requests on weekends. It takes ages for them to send money. I have been waiting for 6 days now. Still waiting. I’ve been calling them every single day but gets the same response from the customer service. There are a lot of other remittance app that do transactions for just few minutes or hours maximum. Do not be fooled by their marketing!!!

Good service but lack in many level functionality.

App is unstable. Ask finger touch again and again while log in.
There is no way to save receipt in mobile. No way to have share option of the receipt like save as .pdf or image or send by email or Whatsapp etc

Adding new bank account by app is not possible.

Nonsense app

This is absolutely nonsense. First of all they take all the recipient details including account number, address and all other irrelevant information. After providing everything spending an hour on it, they ask for ur Id proofs. They have made me wait for almost 4 days just to give a pending verification status. They are not able to verify my address from my driving license? In spite of that I have provided my utility bill also because they ask for it. Now still the status is asking me to provide the utility bill. Is the team unable to find my name and address in the utility bill and the driving license I provided ? Or Am I expected to highlight my name and address with colors in it ? Such a slow service. Totally annoying.
