They keep saying the money was sent to bank and will be there in two business days, that didn’t happened and no one is able to tell me where is the money

Good but can be better
1. Good rates
2. Less Fee.
3. Quick transfer
4. Secured Login process.
But can enhance the below points
1. As I said it is secure login process but there are times, it goes in loop and getting lots of mails and SMS.
2. There should be Cancel feature where user can cancel their transaction on their own instead of waiting for auto cancellation.

2. There should be a cancel button provided enabling users to cancel their instruction, if needed.
3. Its fx world, each sender would try to secure best rate. In changing market limiting user 2 pending transaction is bad user experience. Moreover, #2 is not implemented so user is stuck with generated rate and waits for auto-cancellation.
4. Rates are competitive
Disappointed. Don’t download this app.

Good service but lack in many level functionality.
There is no way to save receipt in mobile. No way to have share option of the receipt like save as .pdf or image or send by email or Whatsapp etc
Adding new bank account by app is not possible.
