Good transfer rate

The app is fantastic and very user-friendly for transferring amounts. However, it would be even better if I could delete recipient accounts entirely. Currently, marking them as inactive still allows me to see their bank details. Adding a feature to delete recipients would be a great improvement!

Quick, mostly within few hours and wonder experience with no issues after numerous transfers

I loved the app and best of all the other money transferring apps. Most of the times, my money was sent within 4 to 8 hrs + the rate are best in the market with 0 transfer fees. Best in class. Thanks Instarem.

Best in the market

I am using this app for quite sometime. They give the best rate as well as the fastest transfer. I find this app better among others.

App doesn’t work and too many notifications

I set up the app yesterday and completed all the initial steps, but I am unable to proceed past the “reason for transfer” or “source of funds” sections. Additionally, I am receiving too many verification codes and login alerts through my email, which is becoming overwhelming.

Very fast and competitive exchange rates

I used this to transfer money from
USA to Brazil and after all the comments here I was a bit concerned. But the transfer went very fast (1.5 days) and it deposited exactly the amount that was stipulated before. The only thing weird was that the payment reference did not say “instarem” but the name of some other company.

Avoid at all costs

I confirmed with their bot or Human being the correct Details to make the transfer to, 3 days later they cannot find the money I transferred to the account they confirmed with me?
Disorganised or Scam???

Then multiple conversations on their app chat told that investigation will be started & I will be contacted within 24hrs still waiting???

Pathetic service

Even after more than 3 days account was not activated. Will keep asking same documents again and again. Also asked for my father’s and spouse name and to enter those details they won’t allow any space not sure how are you supposed to send the details if you don't allow spaces. Even if you want to chat with an agent they will take ever to connect. Sometimes they do connect fast. Overall pathetic experience

Super fast

This was my first transaction and it was so quick that I didn’t imagine that my money would be available next morning . This is amazing and I also got an amazing rate for first transaction . I did all the setup and everything in the website and then in the app I was able to see all updates . Pretty good !

Scammers or time-wasters, you decide. Avoid!

I have lots of experience with sending £'s abroad from my UK based account to Brazil & other countries. I tend to use "Wise", Yet, I used "Remitly" & others too. It never ever took as much as with Instarem to check/deliver. Not to mention they actually did NOT deliver it at all, but returned it to me, w/out informing me. I only found out myself after enquiring. I lost business due to their negligence & lack of professionalism. I wasted time & energy too, on the top of stressing myself. I therefore escalated it to an investigation & a symbolic refund, or discount on a new transaction. I was denied anything at all! The only person who dealt with me last when I threatened to shut the account, promised me something would have been done about it, how ever, it took more days to receive nothing again, not a single formal apology, not a refund/voucher. They should be ashamed of themselves! They deal with money & business, that involves real people, who may depend on it, e.g. for serious matters such as health.
I managed to request to close my account. Upon confirmation my account got shut, there was a message, that I couldn’t read, unless I re-opened my account. Proving again, these Instarem people are no good at all. Either time-wasters or scammers, who
use your money while making up stories. Avoid!
