Scam

This company scammed us. They billed us for a massage then had no therapist available and won’t provide a refund, have ignored our emails. Do not use!

Good day - we value your time and are truly sorry for any delay in connecting you with the requested provider as our on-demand service is sometimes not always a guarantee due to an array of file preferences client can choose from when scheduling that can limit the amount of team members who can review the file or who may be available in a certain area to connect with the booking. We do however guarantee all mobile service plus your total satisfaction from time of booking until end of session and per standard company policy will offer a full refund should your file not confirm in a timely manner or you need to cancel an order for any reason. Would you be so kind to email info@massageclub.ca with the name on file and we will check on the status of this request with a prompt reply to ensure it has been satisfied - we never hold anyones funds without service being rendered rest assured and do apologize if there was any missed communication. Based on valuable feedback from our clients, as of Nov 2023 we've implemented a new and improved scheduling process – the 'Pre-Auth' system. This new approach ensures a seamless and risk-free experience for you, our valued client. We would like to invite you to try our services again using the new 'Pre-Auth' system (payment after booking confirms) not prior to, which was the older business model and a client concern now fixed. Weeks later still no refund

Hi, It is interesting how you stated in your last email that a REFUND would be made by end of day, Another full day later and still waiting. I have tried to on a number of occasions to contact your “company” by phone, only to be forwarded to a voice mail. I choose to try Massageclub after reading your “reviews” from other local happy clients, I fail to understand that there are local clients that were able to connect as easily as stated. We booked a couples massage as a way for my wife and I to re connect with some relaxation in our own home, unfortunately our attempt has failed. If it is possible to have our payment refund that would be appreciated.

Refund

After rebooking 5 times, I received only 1 offer that was 3 weeks past the requested date, they then offered I use a non registered provider and gifted me a $75 card to use at a future date. Have tried to call the help number daily for the past week with no response to messages left. Have emailed 4 times now also with no response for a refund of money paid.
As mentioned I was sent a gift card in lieu of using a “non” registered therapist on my first booking, I purchased another $70 card to top off and since have had no offers by anyone after repeated attempts. I have medical coverage that reimburses me for treatment by a registered therapist but I can not claim unregistered service so as of today I am out of pocket $149.00.
The unregistered provider gave an excellent massage, and it’s a shame that her efforts should be tarnished in such a fashion.

Amazing customer service despite cancelation and refund

My massage therapist had to give me an alternative time that I had requested. I had contacted support to find another therapist and they did EVERYTHING they could to find one (in time for my girlfriends birthday). They even offered to pay extra for an out of town RMT to help make it happen. Unfortunately, I was out of luck. However, they still gave me a hassle free refund. I took a chance by paying online with a company I found randomly on the internet and, luckily, they had full integrity and more. I promise you this is a real testimony. Very grateful for the support and refund. Thank you.
