I’ve been using this for a couple of months now I find it really helpful until Tesla bring out an app with this much information I especially love it when there’s a new update as it verbally announces it which is quite cool lots of information on here well worth it keep up the good work guys
Do not normally rate apps but….
A few months ago I started using Stats app and I’m extremely impressed with the features that the apps has available. I particularly like the capability of opening the trunk or frunk when you approach the car when your hands are full. Tesla has only recently added this to their app. However, its only available to the extremely lucky few who receive the firmware update. The integration of the app to the Apple Watch is also top notch. I recently required the use of the app support and the response was very quick and my issue was quickly resolved. A must app for all Tesla owners.

Have used daily for last 3 years
Fills in all the features Tesla should have baked in. Love the features like trip tracking - makes it super easy to do my mileage for work.
Also the charge reminders and door/window alerts have saved my bacon on more than one occasion. The Apple Watch app is also amazing and lets your watch be a phone key as well! Always see your state of charge on your Apple Watch via support for “complications”
Battery health/degradation, comparison against other teslas, and getting alerts when new software or map data is ready is a nice touch as well!
Seems like new features are constantly added. Very well supported the odd time I do have a question as well.

Buggy
This application continues to have bugs. The latest release started blaring In the middle of the night that the car was unlocked and I wasn’t in it. So I uninstalled the app Ann in the morning reinstalled to figure out the lock problem and then if my Tesla app informed me that the air conditioning was running and it turned it off. I believe this also came from the updated app.
Then the capture of trips still didn’t work. There are several graphs that just spin and provide zero information and some of the information is pretty useless. While it may be a good concept, this is less that the Tesla app already provides. Since I looked at the subscription prices vs an all out buy the all out but was going to be cheaper. Had I known how buggy this was, (e.g. 7 day trial if possible) I would have never purchased it. It is not worth the price of the subscription or the outright purchase of it. Still needs a better UI and overall functionality to meet the analysis of a Tesla.

Great app and amazing support
I’ve been a user for years. This app does a lot more than what its name implies. Of course it tracks every stat you’ll ever need and displays them in nice graphs, but it also has a lot of very useful utilities like smart preconditioning, smart sentry, dash cam stitching, etc. The Apple watch integration is also fantastic, with many useful features.
Support is superb. Reported a bug last night and was sent a test build this morning that fixed the issue!

Can’t think of what would make it better
I’ve had this app for years. I use it for all the functions I need (open frunk, trunk, charge port, lock, etc., mostly from my watch. I also use it informational purposes such as charging stats, which I record in a database. I also monitor the health/status of the battery.
Recently, the Complication has been absent from the watch. It wasn’t even showing as an option to add, even though the app worked fine if opening it from the app view. I finally contacted support, and they gave me steps to follow to get it back where I wanted it. All within a short period of time.
Bottom line is that I find it to be a great app. For those who have issues, I suggest contacting support to have them help resolve them.
