Paid subscription but can’t access paid programs

I have paid today the subscription but I can’t access the paid parts of the program I’m following… this is quite weird for an app used by so many people…

Decent but could be better

The workout selection is great and I love the variety, but there’s a few simple things they should do to improve.

1) 50% of the time, the video and countdown timer get stuck mid set, so I have no idea when the timer ends. The countdown timer should never freeze mid set, even with poor internet.

2) On the exercises with two legs/arms, it would be great to have a countdown for each leg/arm

3) 25% of the time when I switch out of the app to change a song on Spotify or something, the app just completely exits and I lose all progress on my workout. This bug almost makes the app unusable for me.

I don’t know what to call it

It’s a very good workout out and I’ve wanted to work out my whole life, but couldn’t go to the gym and this helped me so much

SO MUCH BETTER THAN HERIA PRO

I wish I could give this app 6 stars. I was using Heria for about a year, it was a good app but way too many bugs and a weird user interface as a whole. This app is basically the same thing but just so much better. The user interface is so easy, the pre-made programs are great, I kinda wish you could make your own programs/workouts like the Heria app, but that is such a trivial thing. I seriously doubt I will ever use another workout app, I’ve already recommended it to several friends and they seem to like it too

Great workouts - app fallbacks

I have been really enjoying the beginner calisthenics program, but I’ve noticed many bugs/glitches/information and videos not lining up or loading properly. It wouldn’t take much to fix these issues and create a way better user experience. Chur

How I got fit

I was in 7th grade when I decided to get fit. My older brother got me to work out because he’s 4 years older and he worked out so I tried calisthenics so I downloaded this app I was a bit chubbier than the other kids I weighed around 140 pounds now I’m in 9th grade and I weight 130 I lost like 30 pounds and made it all to muscle and gained mass this is really good app

Usage

Nice exercises at time didn’t have a run through but warmup stone if you miss the first timer can’t go back through and start the timer again so if you’re not ready to go straight away you lose your time. I think it’ll be much better every time you reset the video the time I reset it.

Great app

Possibly the best calisthenics app out there. Workouts are categorised by difficulty and goal (burn fat, build strength etc) which can prevent plateaus. The design is slick, intuitive and feels comprehensive. I particularly like how each day will give you a different workout. Very good for busy people. The workouts themselves are good. After being on adidas training for 2 years I felt like I ‘beat’ the app, and so coming to this app I feel like there’s more progression happening.

Few issues though - you will need equipment for almost all of the workouts. For most people this is fine but if you travel a lot like me, you might struggle to find a dip bar 😂 I would love to see an option to set no equipment per workout or in the settings. You can make it work if you have the experience and some creativity but the option should be there.

Another problem I’ve noticed some other people mention is the programs will increase difficulty too quickly. If you’re at a moderate to advanced level, the programs should be challenging but achievable, but the difficulty curve is steeper for beginners which could be intimidating. You might have to repeat workouts to make progress which isn’t a great experience. That being said, the app gives you plenty of workouts to choose from and if you stick with it then you will feel rewarded.

Like I said, this is probably the best one out there for calisthenics and worth a try.

Great app and training program!

Skeptical about all the fitness apps out there as most are recycled material, poorly constructed app or portal, mis leading advertisement to lure you in only to not experience what you expect , and or loss of motivation… Not this app and program! I’m a well rounded fitness person that does everything from body building to spartan races. Wanting to go more calisthenic and after a few programs… Thenx and Chris Heria. Honestly had never heard of the dude till now but I must say he knows his stuff. Great app, great programs, great motivation, easy to follow instructions and demos, pace how feel, and you can actually see and feel the progress. Bravo! By now if you have read all this, trust me, just go ahead and get the yearly subscription. You will be glad you did.😎
