App tells me to update now, but there is no update available
I cannot access my information because the app says there is a new version out and redirects me to download it. Turns out I already have the latest update so there is a major problem going on.BakeyP
Annoyed with this app …..with update
This app is ridiculous you can’t do anything but check your balance you can’t freeze your debit card you can’t get notified when you use your debit card you can’t do anything with it is confusing had to do a separate app to manage my dept card WTH it’s confusing and glitches out all the time they need to get a new app that’s based of navy federal as there app is awesome and easy to figure out …….annoyed with this app…..nothing is accurate they don’t give you the correct balance 20% of the time luckily I use my check book to keep balance but even then sometimes I negative

Poor quality
It told me to update, I hit the update button, it says to open the app, then it tells me to update. I cannot get out of the update screen and have no access to my bank account through this app. I am very upset with this and I may be switching banksKjohnson2658

This app has been very good to me until just recently i can not get into my account at all when i tap on the app it tells me to update the app but when i hit update it brings me back to the same thing. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing works.nylathenillawafer

Tried opening app and says new version available so I clicked “update now” and brings me to App Store but doesn’t say “update” says “open” so I click it and brings me right back to “update now” so I can’t use the app until this is fixedMuffingirl2010
Update a lie
I tried to check balance and got message the latest update is required and gave a link. When clicked on the update button, was taken to the app store but no update option there. Just a constant loop. Please recheck your programming please as y’all made an error.revbillfixjr

The app is great when it works but since the last update it crashes before I can even open it. So now I can’t do mobile deposit or anything else. It’s not just my phone either. My fiancé is having the same issue. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading, turning my phone off and then on. Nothing works.Show lessCope's Wife

Worst online banking ever!!! Why should I have to change my password once a week!!! I had to download it on my daughters phone because it would not work on my phone tried to re download it on my phone before I did so and it wouldn’t even download on my phone again. Then it’s messing up on my daughters phone having me have to send verification codes every time I log in so I know it’s not our devices. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!Show lessbecca_momma
Mobile Deposit
Had an issue last night where attempting to add a second deposit resulted in an error. Is there a one-deposit per day rule now or maybe just a programming error? Also the font in this form as I enter it is white on a white background, pretty had to see what is being typed.Wojo97
