Refuse to update iphone always crashes
I’ve been using this online app to pay my bills for over a year and it was awesome. I currently refuse to do another update on my iPhone because the last two updates have caused crashes of one program or another. The app will no longer work on my phone and won’t download the last compatible version so I can no longer use it. If you don’t have the most current up to date phone (mine is an IPhone X) with every update the app won’t let you do any banking or transfers or pay bills. I’m switching banks soon just to pay bills online- it stinks and is a hassle that I can’t use the app without updates to my year old phone.Show lessSarahsuesimm
What is wrong
The online service isn’t great at all. It’s slow and cluttered. Their service for opening new accounts is very shaky at best. They don’t accept Bitcoin either. But the people are super nice and very helpful. But they need to work on their online platform a lot.NOAH JACAMO
Credit card transfer?
The only qualm I have about the app is that you can’t get you credit card balance or pay your credit card bill using the app, when both are eight the same bank!heartsforblood
Suddenly not functional?!?
Usually this app work great but for the past month or so, it crashes immediately when it’s opened. WHY HASNT THIS BEEN FIXED YET?delsym24hr
Nice and simple, but never works
Pros: Nice, simple layout. Easy to navigate and easy to make transactions between accts.
Cons: Slow to load. Short security memory so it asks for your password a lot.
I deleted the app due to infrequent use and the problems weren’t worth working through them, but if you use it daily then it’s probably great.Show lessFBI 2.0
Touch ID not working
The Touch ID has not been working for several months now!!!

Love this app
Love this app it has been such a great convenience during covid-19. Easy check deposits and loan payments. While I always avoided online banking, I find this app really great, convenient and secure. When I have on occasion got locked out customer service is excellent at fixing it immediately for me. Highly recommend!Show lessD070d197k

I am not the most ‘tech’ person what so ever but when it comes to Greylocks online banking I feel as though I am pretty tech savvy. The app is that simple to navigate.
