Price History of Calc
Description of Calc
Calc-50 is a high-precision scientific graphing calculator. It carries over 50 digits of accuracy and has a large number of mathematical functions, including trig and hyperbolic functions and their inverses, and math special functions such as gamma, beta, psi, exponential integral, sine, cosine, and log integrals, Bessel functions, and more. It is programmable, with functions that take user functions and find derivatives, integrals, function max/min, and roots. Calc-50 also provides complex arithmetic and elementary functions.

There was a minimal description for this app, but I was eager to try it out. Some surprises: 1) Holy hell, this is RPN. Jeez. 2) It’s impossible to copy the answer string. This seriously limits this tool’s usefulness. I’m forced to transcribe the answer into/onto something else. Ideally this should be a copyable field. To the developer... ::: If you’ve already invested the effort to provide fifty digits of precision, I’m guessing that you have robust ‘arbitrary precision’ internals. Please open up the possibility for much higher precision output. Long meaningful/coherent digit strings are useful, even though they may seem like overkill to many people. I am very happy that you’ve created this app. Nobody else has done this so cleanly. So, I thank you for that. Thank you!
Fantastic Calculator! Lots of Powerful Functions
This calculator is far more advanced than I expected for such a low price. It has deep and highly technical capabilities, as well as graphing, 50-digit display and lots of rich functions. Also, the help button is quite useful for quick explanation of each function. Highly recommended!
