  • Doesn’t work unless connected to local Wi-fi

    I can open or close my gate unless I’m on the same network as the gate controller. Isn’t the whole point of the app that you can control the gate remotely or am I missing something?

    I note I can’t even connect to the gate unless I’m on the local wi-fi network.
  • Useless App

    The remote app always used for when you miles away on the car.
    It has not a shortcuts on IPhone and connect to the device very slow ( I already add another WiFi access point near by the device).
    I can say it is an outdated app at 2024.
  • Pls include use with Siri

    Whilst the app works, integration to Siri would be great so we can open gate by voice

    Not sure what’s wrong once I select the network nothing is popping up on choose the device page

    Either between the app and talking to the motor there is connectivity issues and it’s hard to configure and connect device

    Irene was fantastic, I had lost connection between my device and my internet because I was away from home. She was extremely patient and her and the team solved my problem. She provided exceptional customer service…..

    The App is extremely functional and works as designed.

  • Issue

    Consistently message “Sliding Device Ready” does not stop how do I fix this issue

  • It won’t connect

    Can find the sliding gate in the app but can’t proceed to next step after set pin. Very frustrating!

    Please set the device/WiFi box to the default setting and try to connect with App again.
  • Not connection

    Looks nice enough but didn’t connect to wifi. Hard to know if this is a hardware orcapp problem.

  • App stopped working unless your phone is connected to Wifi

    So…your app has decided to reject 4G and 5G net work unless it is connected to Wifi?
    What’s the point of having an app then? When I can just use my remote to open the gate when I’m just in front of it???????!! A big update is needed for sure guys!!!!!
