Consistently message “Sliding Device Ready” does not stop how do I fix this issue

It won’t connect

Can find the sliding gate in the app but can’t proceed to next step after set pin. Very frustrating!

Please set the device/WiFi box to the default setting and try to connect with App again.

Not connection

Looks nice enough but didn’t connect to wifi. Hard to know if this is a hardware orcapp problem.

App stopped working unless your phone is connected to Wifi

So…your app has decided to reject 4G and 5G net work unless it is connected to Wifi?
What’s the point of having an app then? When I can just use my remote to open the gate when I’m just in front of it???????!! A big update is needed for sure guys!!!!!

Please make sure you enter your account instead of email address when you are going to reset your password.

Fix your app

Pretty useless app if you can’t connect to the wifi for the gate to open. I am 100% sure that I am in range of my wifi. Never connects and finds the device. Poor app and customer service from the looks of it as others are having the same issue

This app needs to be able to connect easily.

Not sure if it’s the device or the app, but took forever to connect to my gate, changed my wifi router now will not connect at all. Extremely frustrating…
Please fix this app or release a firmware upgrade for the device, surely the people developing this app know how hard it is to connect.

Hi user, please check if the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough. It is recommend to install an Wi-Fi repeater to extend coverage area of your WiFi network.

Version update unstable

New version of the App is unstable. App was working before the latest version update and became unstable after. App ends abruptly when I try to gate to the main screen (that’s where the image of the gate is). Can’t get access to pedestrian mode

Unable to connect to PL500

There’s a lack of documentation on how to enable wifi on the sliding door motor. The app can’t detect my gate opener. Not sure what to do.
