Can’t access tickets
Last year this app worked fine. This year it has been nothing but problems. Most recently it signed me out and now when I sign in it no longer shows my tickets. How am I supposed to access them now??? As a season ticket member who goes to a lot of games, it’s really frustrating.daisyelizabethx37
Terrible glitchy app
App has always been glitchy. Currently it can’t refresh events and it’s been over 4 months of the same error.
I’ve signed out and now it won’t even let me sign in. Keeps erroring out and redirecting back to the log in screen. You’d think with the amount of money they’re charging ticket holders that the app would at least be minimally functional.Show lessuser1275939

Unable to refresh your events
The app has always been a bit of a pain but at least I was able to manage my tickets before. Ever since the last update I have been getting an error saying “Unable to refresh your events.” I thought that there would for sure be a patch released relatively quickly to fix the issue and since we haven’t been playing due to the Leagues Cup I wasn’t too worried about it. However regular season play has now resumed and there has been no app update and I’m still unable to refresh my events. It’s rendered this app completely useless.Show lessErin0cer0s
Tickets unable to refresh since 6/22
When I look at my season tickets in the app, there is now always an error message saying, “Last updated on Jun 22. Unable to refresh your events.” There is an option to click a “RETRY” link, and it gives the same error message, but adds the following message beneath it - “Please check back later.” I’ve checked back for the last 2 weeks and the error message is always there. Old used tickets to the July 2nd match are still showing in my account.Show lessBig Rig Atl

It is literally impossible to buy additional tickets thru the app. When you select “buy tickets” you are shown a screen with all upcoming matches. The second you select one, the app crashes and closes out to the Home Screen of your phone.Developer Response

I’ve turned off all game notifications, but I still get score updates throughout the game. Removing and reinstalling the app does not fix this, so I’m forced to turn off all app notifications. Do better.AF1nny5
Love the team hate the app
I have to give the app 1 star again because he started turning off podcast and music playing apps when you open it up. This is not the first time this app has done this but they fixed it last time. Please fix it again. There is no reason why this app has to turn off the sound.Rudebwoy20
