App hasnt worked in 3 years
Different phones different versions different ios. The app has never worked. Always looking to connect or reload or cant connect to wifi. None of the other sports teams i follow have this problem. Fix the appstixx1001
Poor Execution
I can login to my account via desktop, I can login to my TM. Can I log in to my TM account through the ATLUTD app? Noooooooope. It’s trash. Happens every year, and every year there is a new way it’s fixed. No tech support for either.

With that said the only MVP feature is syncing TM and ATLUTD accounts to access tickets on game day. This always must work! If you can’t do that there is no need for the app! It not an engagement platform, its a marketing vehicle.Show lessJoshua Barbieri

“Cannot connect”
The app constantly fails to work at all. Uninstalling and reinstalling works for a while, but eventually it goes back to saying it cannot connect and keeps repeating that no matter how many times I hit the reload button. Mind you this is on the initial launch of the app! Can’t get past the splashscreen! Really poorly done.Show lessAtlBoy07
Terrible
Not sure what happened to this app. It worked great last year. Now I can’t even get into the app, it just keeps saying reloading. SmhBluesimi16
Never works
This may be the worst app I have personally experienced. Every time I have to delete the app and reload it because it tells me it can’t connect to the Internet with my Internet works fine and all of my other apps are functional. It tells me to reload but that doesn’t work. Very frustrating.atlanta gator mike

If I was the developer, I’d be concerned for my job. Majority of the time the app is not working. I’m surprised when I can watch a video, read an article on or enjoy the podcast. Can someone get serious about the functionality, so us ticket holders can enjoy the greatest of our team?DP2132

Love the club, live the team, love the stadium
App doesn’t represent the excellence of the club. Slow to open, unusable on slow connections. Poor content updates, always late, and some things don’t ever show up in the app that are in other channels or sites

This app is a huge memory hog. Got an operating system message that my phone memory was running critically low after I installed, and it was at the top of the list of apps using up space. Ridiculous.Giclee2
