App worse, STILL have to use MLS App to see starting XI
Judging from the structure of the app, it looks like they made changes to integrate better with Ticketmaster? That one thing seems to work better or at least the same as before. Everything else I’ve tried in the new app is worse. And the one big problem with old app, not being able to see the lineup once the game is in-progress, didn’t get fixed. In fact I’m not sure you could see the lineup in the app at all, even before the game started.
Also, really would be better if you let me transfer tickets from apple wallet directly to other people using Apple Wallet.Show lessThe Game Gourd
Horrible navigation and functionality
I have no idea what the idea was for the 2020 season update (3.0), but the navigation is among the worst I’ve ever seen. It’s impossible to find basic info. And if you happen to find it, you can’t necessarily go back. There’s a scrolling roster banner, but the pics don’t link to player info. app is pretty good. the roster is there. but i can’t understand why it doesn’t allow you to sort the roster or get player stats.

What’s the point of having the Mercedes Benz app integrated into the ATLUTD app if I have to sign in to the Mercedes Benz section every time to see my parking pass? It’s only slightly more convenient than opening the Mercedes Benz app and signing in every single time. 🤷🏼♀️T-Shifty
Does not work
New app does not load screens. Just a white screen for all except the home screen. This is a massive disappointment given the forced reliance on apps and screens to attend / engage with the team. Between this and the mandatory use of Ticketmaster, I’m reaching my tolerance of frustrations with these “conveniences”.Show lessAtluserfffff

Doesn’t work

The new app never functions properly and the layout is bad. There was nothing wrong with the old app, and by comparison the new version is absolute garbage. They should fire who ever had the idea to overhaul the app this way.Nothankslamegame
