    The app is so dysfunctional and clanky. It acts like it was developed in 2004 and hasn’t been updated since. Way to difficult to use.

    Can’t scan for rewards. The app crashes every time.

    The app has been broken for months. I reported to corporate a few times. The physical location also reported it. I haven’t earned rewards and have lost out on numerous free items.
