No Coordination at Locations?
This app is crazy to me. There are two restaurants near me and both have given me attitude about how they cannot use coupons from this app because they don’t have scanners. Then, when you try to order through the app, it won’t give you the discount there, and it tells you you need to order it in person and show them the app. They get really fussy with you, and I’ve literally had someone argue with me before. Can this be fixed so that it works at all locations? Maybe more of a customer service issue…but the app would help eliminate some issues if it worked.Show lessJohnny4984
3 Sign In’s Zero Pizza
I signed up for the app and used Apple to sign in, then went to order and it asked for me to log in- which I did again then asked for location which I already had my local Happy Joes then I had to log in again. I gave up, my suggestion is to call - it will be less challenging and frustrating.Ksteele85
Good luck trying to redeem rewards
The app clearly says “redeem 100 points for $10 off your next purchase.” However, every time I want to redeem rewards, the restaurant declines letting me do so because it’s already part of a “deal,” i.e. family night, which was nearly $25 when I last went months ago. I’m sure it’s even higher now. Another location didn’t want to accept rewards for the buffet lunch a couple of weeks ago. Unreal, there is no “deal” for that! This is one of the most expensive pizza places in the area and they’re not nearly as busy as they once were. They should be more accommodating for their own app or they’ll keep losing more and more customers, myself included.Show lesstms9055
