Terrible App
I want to start by saying that Your Pie’s food is great. That said, the app is terrible. The old app worked every time for me, but since they updated the app I’ve had consistent issues. I’ve tried to order pizza the last two Friday nights but the app just doesn’t work. The “Order Again” section lists my past orders but nothing happens when I click on them. When I go to manually recreate the order, I get an error every time I try to add something to the cart. There is currently no way to actually order in the app because of whatever error this is. I had the same issue both before and after updating the latest supposed bug fixes to the app tonight. I’m trying to give you money. Please let me.Show lessKermitDFrawg
Awesome pizza, but app change locked me out of my account
Love the pizza but after they updated they app, I was logged out. And despite resetting my password 3 times , I'm unable to get back into my existing account . Hope that geys fixed so I get my existing points backOlorin23
Disappointed
The app would not let me upload more than 2 receipts within a 4 hour time period. I waited the 4 hours and it still would not let me upload my receipt. I waited until the next day and the message stating no more than 2 receipts can be uploaded within 4 hours popped up again…it was a whole new day. I waited a few days later and the same message popped up. Fast forward 2 weeks later I try to upload the receipt and now it’s telling me the receipt is too old and I basically can’t get my points!!Show lessScottsNikki
