The app is so dysfunctional and clanky. It acts like it was developed in 2004 and hasn’t been updated since. Way to difficult to use.camstew13

Used to love it
The app has been broken for months. I reported to corporate a few times. The physical location also reported it. I haven’t earned rewards and have lost out on numerous free items.Rcfreckles
Non-functional rewards & support
Since an iOS update a couple of months ago the Rewards have been non-functional. Specifically when you click on the Scan with Camera the app crashes and will continue to crash on subsequent attempts to scan.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as uninstalling, “rebooting” my phone and reinstalling with no luck. I have sent Diagnostics Information hasn’t resulted in any updates or response (you have to provide an email to use the app so no excuse there).

Non functional rewards

Feels like 1980
This app seems complicated and difficult to use. Everything about it feels clunky and not user-friendly. You can only order one bagel at a time. The location element is difficult to use. Please invest in a different ordering system. Don’t make it so hard on us.Working towards calm
PIN creation
After multiple attmepts to get this app to open up for use, it requires a PIN but there is absolutley no instruction on how to enter a PIN on a new account.TransplantMKG
Pointless at my location
My location (San Marcos, CA) has 2 signs for the app within 5 feet of the register. However, almost none of the employees seem to ever know there is an app or what to do regarding it. Also, the app looks like it hasn’t been updated since the iPhone 3G came out, and takes forever to update the cards (for the odd occasion that I can get someone to acknowledge the app exists).Show lessSir Corence
Never works when needed
When BAB went to their app, I tried it, but they weren’t offering any rewards I’d use; coffee or 6 pack of bagels. Now that they have more punch cards, we thought we’d try it again. The rewards section never loads (there are no and there is no ability to upload later). Useless app.Carl & Tami
Unfunctional App
What’s the point? It crashes non stop and won’t let you place order. Says there is no location in SC when there is and I go there. There is no purpose to this app.Magz0905
