Don’t waste your money
I have never written a review for anything before, but this app is by far the worst I have ever used. It was verified that my lab results were ready, but after a week of waiting they are still not available to me. I don’t even know that it’s legal to charge to view results. The app crashes routinely. I have reached out for support and gotten zero response. The health articles available have to do with topics relevant to isolation during the pandemic. Criminal.

Worst app and customer service
The app crashes in-between verfication and then they lock the account. They never answer calls and never reply to the contact forms
It worth the bother
From day one the app was glitchy and my results failed to show up. I gave up and moved on. A year later I was notified that I would be automatically renewed and charged for the next year. I followed the instructions to opt out….. yet in the app settings there isn’t any way to manage the auto renew as the FAQ suggests. Don’t waste your time and money with this app.

Registered and received one blood test result that was incomplete and inaccurate.
I have found out that you can get lab results for free by asking your doctor or by going to LifeLabs.
Called to cancel my subscription and request a refund which they declined because I had received “some” results. The best you can do is go into your account and cancel auto-renew so you don’t have to continue with their “service” post your first year and avoid being billed in the future.
I will now also avoid using Dynacare labs as a result of this interaction and highly recommend LifeLabs for overall better quality care and service.

Poor performance
This app often does not work. FaceID doesn’t work and login fails forcing me to reset my password.

Doesn’t work very often! I need to see my results, but can’t log in for a while. After hours it just lets me log in. It’s not how it should work
Bad all around
I resent being forced to pay to get my test results. Also the app frequently gets hung up on the login screen.
Bugs
Noticed recently that the app crashes a lot and there’s lots of bugs. Takes forever to load and sometimes it kicks me out and requires me to log back in again. Please fix these issues.

The Interac ID verification doesn't work and if you're outside Alberta they don't provide the lab results with any other type of verification, and they have the nerve to say to check with your bank if your information is right.
I've sent several emails but haven't received any reply. I had to wait over an hour on the phone only to be told to contact my doctor to see the results.
