App says a PDF will be created - still waiting a day later for notice.
Contact us doesn’t seem to work - I’ve put three requests in as the pdf option isn’t working and a test that was done isn’t showing.
Still have not heard from anyone.
I’m disappointed - I love the dynacare lab near my house but I’d rather wait for the doctor to call than feel like I’m beta testing their app for them.

EXTREMELY MISLEADING
Visited the Airport/Cotrelle location to have my test completed. I was offered the Rapid Result test and told that it would be covered by OHIP. Technician said my results would be ready to view in 3-4 hours - it’s been over 24 hours now and I have absolutely 0 results. You also have to pay an additional fee if you’d like to access these results and others. An absolute scam and a complete waste of time. Not even worth the 1 star.

Stupid high price
$20 plus 13% tax per year to keep log of my lab results sucks. This should be a free included service like with other labs in Canada.

$20 annually? I don’t think so, changing labs.
Membership required just to get lab results
Not happy that I have to pay just to see my lab results. I’m sure the app has other wonderful features but all I want is my results. You can get free results with Lifelabs. I will consider where I go next time for my lab tests.
Just another cash grab....
They just want money for services that are paid for in the medical system. They get paid for the testing and now they want to squeeze you for paid results....
