Unusable

As others have mentioned after entering policy info it crashes.

Just a spinner

Per Progressive tried to download today - icon just spins. Nothing loads. Glad I’m not sinking!

Doesn’t work

Received email from progressive. Downloaded app and it doesn’t accept my policy number and name.
Back to keeping their phone number saved in my phone. At least that still works.

Can log in to the app but it runs slowly

I can log into the app, although it runs pretty slowly. But good lord, are you guys on here that lazy to where you can’t save the vessel assist phone number, that was also in the email in your phone contacts? It’s also on the sign in page of the app. Stop being lazy, call the phone number instead of relying on the app to do everything for you. And not breaking down or running over a sandbar, being an idiot and so forth also help lol

Do not waste your time

Progressive should be ashamed of sending emails to people telling them to download an app that is impossible to get past one or two pages. If I need this service I’ll call and wouldn’t be surprised if they leave me on the water based off how the app works. Can’t even enter my information, app locks up.

Does not display properly

Very hard to read text as it displays as light gray text in a small box and requires constant scrolling

Still doesn’t work

I also got an email from progressive about the sign and glide app. I loaded it and when I try to open it, it just immediately disappears or freezes with a blank gray semi complete Home Screen. It’s too bad, it sounds like it could be useful feature of my progressive boat insurance.

App does not work

I open and there is nothing there, app keeps crashing.

Oops! Something went wrong.

The app is practically useless. It displays a very basic weather summary and the map/gps coordinates are correct.

When opening any of the other menu items (like vessel and insurance information) all you see is “Oops something went wrong! Try again.”

I gave up several months ago, but just tried again after the latest update. Same results.
