Doesn’t work
I got an email from Progressive today to download this app to get help and make it easier if I need a tow while on my boat. I downloaded it, entered my information, hit enter and was promptly booted off the app. Now when I tap on the app, I get a blank screen and then it returns to my home screen. I would have thought that a major company like Progressive would have worked the bugs out before sending it out to their clients to download and use!Getting smaller
Crashes when opened
Downloaded twice to see if the first time was flawed. Put in policy number and signed in, crashed every time. iPhone X with current software. I could see my boat info for about 2 seconds and then crashed. I’ll use phone number if I need a tow.formerdiner

App is terribly unstable. Crashes over and over. I will try again later but not confident this app will ever be able to help with anything.Cheesehd81
Great App & Service
I’ve had Sign & Glide for years and they do a great job of finding you the closest tower where your stranded. The app is awesome once you log in with your policy info and name, this way The dispatch center knows your exact coordinates and so will the tower!
If you have any trouble signing in just delete the app and reinstall as it’s been upgraded. Super easy and you now have instant access to a tow! Keep up the great work!O SEA D - Legacy 32

Terrible App

The service was really very surprising I called expecting to just say nevermind I'll just wait on the tide but y'all made it so pain free that I excepted the help and within an hour I was back on my way thankyou so much.⛴⛴⛴stuartbeef

I have the Sign&Glide towing package through my insurance with Progressive and this app ties all my boat information into it. I've been lucky enough to not need a tow yet, but I still use the app to check weather and tide information. I like that I could call the 24/7 dispatch line with one click if I ever needed it.Nboater9
