From Beta to Final
I've had the opportunity to Beta-test the app up to the first version for release and have enjoyed using it! It works effectively and is efficient (and you can use your music in the background 👍🏻). There's so much more to come to the app and can't wait to see it with its fuller features!

How is this possible. The product isn't even released yet. The reviews are fake they don't even apply to the app.
Awesome suspension training app
This apps works really well and is quick. The workouts can be challenging. I would have given it a 5 but you can't search for a specific workout without scrolling through each section. Hopefully, an update fixes this. A workout timer would also be a nice addition.
