    I have tried 4 different *top* apps. for suspension trainer workouts. Without paying for a subscription, this is hands down the best app. If you want to pay to have someone create new workouts each week for you then this review won’t help. However, if you want customizable features, create-your-own workouts, and access to numerous pre-set workouts, this app beats all the rest in my opinion. The videos demonstrating the workouts are top notch and the instructions are super clear. The only thing I would suggest is to be able to add an exercise not from the list. Sort of like a “pencil in” option for those who want to get the most out of the app and their own exercises.

    Can’t believe this app is free and I can’t believe it doesn’t have more reviews. This is a hidden gem. I don’t write reviews often, but this one deserves one for good reasons.

    I workout everywhere and videos don’t work for me. This program is simple in operation and versatile in range of exercises. It let me transfer all my weight routine and found equal solutions for straps. I just need to get used to the new format.
