Would like calls to auto record on answering or making calls

No followup from support

None of the numbers that I have to “conference” in to record an incoming call work, and I have to record some incoming calls for my business as a legal requirement. I reached out to support on October 10, 2023. They responded Oct. 12th to ask which service number was not working (when dialed, I receive a “this number is not in service” recording). There was no followup. I reached out again to them to follow up on Oct. 23rd. It is now October 27th and I have still not received follow up. Horrible support and I am canceling my service since there is no way for me to record an incoming call with their support numbers.

Update: I checked spam folder, as the developer recommended in their response, and there was NO additional response to the followup emails that were sent to the correct address that they provided.

Still got charged after unsubscribing

I would like a refund. The app works fine but I still got charged after I already unsubscribed from the app before I was supposed to get charged. I cannot find where to make contact with the developers so I can’t get my money back so I am hoping this gets the message across

Not very good at all

I had it less than a month so the most I should be charged for this no good recorder app is the 9.99 a month fee. I will make sure I let everyone I know how this app is is I don’t recieve a refund . you people need to be reported to the news media and att. General for the scam your pulling , your app is not like you say it misses alot and I shouldn’t be charged for a full year when I’m not happy with it and it’s been less than a month and I’ve kindly said I’d pay for a month and you know I’m right it’s a joke. I will not use it anymore , and I will wait for a answer from you but I think a month is way more than fair for your product. Considering I’ve barely used it maybe 3 times and they are all not full conversations and that’s bad company business to do this to people. And it’s only been 2 weeks. And the name unhappy subscriber is already taken so that proves my point!

My biggest mistake

Accidentally bought the 1 year subscription instead of the 3-day trial. Requested a refund but was told it was not there policy. Too many touch points before you actually use the feature which one would have thought it would be done with a click of a button. You also have to call another in parallel so will incur further costs.

Not covert

Most people looking for an app like this need discretion. 1)when receiving an incoming call, you first have to answer that call, then open this app, call the number and then merge the calls. I did this and it didn’t take too long but obviously you would not always have the ability to do this and catch the whole conversation. My biggest complaint about this though was halfway through the conversation the person goes “who is listening to our call?” I said what do you mean and they sent me a screenshot showing their phone screen saying they were in a conference call with me. Therefore their phone let them know I had merged the calls. They thought a third party was listening in, not that I was recording but that wasn’t any better of an outcome. 2)when I call out from the app it LITERALLY came up on caller I.d. As “voice recorder”!!!! Do not waste your time and money. Luckily I did the free trial and was not charged.

Hello! We apologize for any confusion caused. Our app uses the conference call feature in order to record phone conversations. Dedicated service number is dialed every time recording should happen and is used as a "participant" of a conference call to record a conversation between two (or more) people. After the call is finished, the conversation recorded by the service number is saved on the server after which you can download it on your device. It's important to note that some jurisdictions require that participants in a call are informed that the call is being recorded. This notification is a legal requirement to ensure ethical use of call recording.

Could be 5 if they made a dial pad for auto calls to company's

This is the best call recorder app I've come across, honest to God truth. I have been harrassed, lied on legally, and this is the perfect app to catch people in their web of lies. You can even hook the app up to a line that is not your Actual Number, like a burner number you use for specific reasons. And I love that. It doesn't ring on my phone, but I think that was an issue with the line I used through another telephone app. I have recorded over 200 minutes on this app, and it is as clear as day. Definitely worth the money, and I think they should add a dial pad as the only way to get one is from incoming calls and merging the app recorder. No hint that you're recording either, which is a plus. It beeps at the beginning of outgoing calls, for you, but no signal to other party which is great.
Highly reccomend for anyone needing to record phone calls. Make sure your state is one party consent, so you don't get in trouble legally by breaking your state laws.....

Do Not Download. Free Trial = $7.99/week charge

I’m not a Luddite, and I never write bad reviews, but this was a straight up scam. They never made it clear downloading the free trial would quickly result in my being charged $7.99 a week — that’s right, 7.99 a WEEK, not per month.

Apple refunded part of my money, because they agreed it was shady and unclear, but I’m still out over $600. I was never sent a receipt, and canceling is like trying to get your insurance company to pay out = intentionally unclear and Byzantine. Apple eventually had to it for me… this company mever replied to my countless emails.

Reality is the app didn’t fit my work needs — I'm a journalist who often needs to record interviews (with subjects’ permission). App wasn’t better or worse than other recorders (except for stealing my money), Apple just makes it hard for an app solution.

I was at work party recently, and this app is legendary for scamming people who want to try their product. Shocked how many similar stories I heard, which was reassuring as I wasn’t alone in being duped.
