If I could give it zero stars it would be a more accurate review! Beware that downloading the app means you’ve entered into a 12 month subscription which you pay in advance. Also in order to record a call you’re paying for 2 phone calls! That’s right kids; you gotta ring a number you don’t know then mega the call you want to make (which has to be in your contacts - and you have to give the app access to) plus even more crazy is when accepting a call you need for the person calling to wait while you go into the app and click record then dial the connecting number!! Odd very odd. Do not even click on the app or you’ll regret it!

Useless, difficult and inaccurate
Have to add calls manually which can take up to 5 minutes to do and thus misses essential part of a call (or it terminates the original call). Doesn’t record / transcribe accurately. Definitely the worst recording app I’ve ever used. Avoid - and don’t pay!
Good but they charge more than it says🤷♀️
They say they only charge once a month but I have about 4 transactions a month being taken out, the total each time being $8.52. It’s 14 days into the month and they’ve already charged me twice. I tried emailing them and they never got back to me. The recording on here for phone calls is great and it transcribes it pretty well, but not worth what they’re charging me. If it was what they promised which is $8.52 a month instead of the $8.52 FOUR times a month, then sure, but since they’re charging me 4 times a month I will sadly be deleting and deactivating my account with them.

Tried to use this for my business / client calls with three different people on three different calls and never worked once. £7.99 per month and doesn’t work. Waste of Monday found one for £1.99 per month that does work.

Music playing in recorders background
I have purchased the lifetime subscription of this recorder 2 years ago… besides the beep sound after 15 seconds issue everything else was working fine for me and for my case.
But as of yesterday, When I start the recorder, after 15 seconds, a loud music starts recording on the background that both I and the other person on the line can hear it. I contacted support’s email about this but it has been more than 24 hours and no one has gotten back to me yet.
Stay away from this platform for now as it is not working at all until they fix this issue

Didn’t work
Downloaded this today. Set it up. Did the test call and that went fine. Waited for the call I needed to record. Checked for recording after. Nothing there. Useless
£6.99 a WEEK?! Seriously what in the world. A month yes, a week is taking the ….. how many subscriptions are people expected to find such money for? Over priced for something that can fail to do it’s job

can i cancel my subscription
hi there I’ve recently started the free trial on this app and I would like to cancel it as I don’t want it anymore I would like to cancel my subscription but it won’t let me so can you please sort this out other wise it’s going to take money out of my account and I wouldn’t like that at all
