Can you plz under selections make a convent for for microblading artists that’s doesn’t say your a apprentice. That’s the only reason I decided not to use the app is bc there is no choice for convent forms for this unless your an apprentice and I’m not. Plz!!!!

You can change the existing template forms to your liking and erase the word "apprentice" from them, and you can also create new consent forms from scratch.
