  • Too Many Ads

I love the Sally games and thoroughly enjoy playing this one. So much so I purchased the whole game for the $10. But I don’t understand why I have to keep watching these ads just to play the level when I own it. It’s a little ridiculous. Like I have to watch an ad just to have to read the characters dialogue and then another just to play the level. It’s too much.
  • lots of fun

played the original as a kid, didn’t expect much from a free mobile game (honestly expected way more microtransactions, but the extent of it is that there are ads you watch in between levels, which is not that demanding from an entire free game. i spent maybe 5 seconds per ad before i was able to skip, so i’m pretty happy).

i actually spent three days binge playing up to finishing the game - super fun side plots and twists i didn’t see coming, energetic cast, comedic moments that actually made me laugh out loud. it’s very clear with the animation and amount of detail to writing that the devs put a lot of careful thought into drafting this game up, and i’m thankful to them for it. will definitely be checking out some of the other games they have in the app store.
  • Best Ever

I don’t normally review games, but this game is actually the best mobile game on the market. No BS premium currency or unbeatable levels until you spend money on power ups, just pure game and story genius. The plot is zany at times and surprisingly deep in others. Be warned, I had to stay up late a few times because I needed to know what happens next!
  • Stole my money!

This game was really fun an addicting, so much so that I actually spent money for an online game which I never do specifically for reasons like this. It asks if you want to spend 1.99 to unlock 20 levels (even though your already at level ten so your spending 2 dollars to play ten more levels and probably pay again). But I decided to spend the money anyway so I could continue enjoying my game. My payment processes and I get a notification that it was successful. When I went back to the game the levels weren’t unlocked and it was asking me to pay the 1.99 again to unlock them! And restarted the game and the same thing happened. When I checked my online statement not only was I charged but I was charged $5.29 for something I didn’t even get and was not that price. This game is a scam and I definitely would not download it or atleast don’t spend any money on it.

"Thanks for your feedback. You can restore your purchase by clicking the Restore button. You can also “buy” it again so long as you are using the same account. You won’t be charged but will receive a message that you own it and the levels will be unlocked. Otherwise please mail us at ghos@gamehouse.com. Kind regards, GameHouse"
  • I loved it until....

Okay very fun game with a great storyline. I love the mini games you can play to receive extra diamonds and how the story is actually interesting. BUT I hate how after you get to level I want to say 9 they want you to pay for the whole rest of the game! Why make it free in the first place if you’re going to just end up wanting people to pay for the whole rest of the game! That’s wack so I undownloaded it and am in search of another game because I refuse to pay for the rest of the game! Sorry not sorry!
  • I love GameHouse, But.....

I’m a huge Emily fan, and I’ve grown to love every game the company makes made. HOWEVER, this particular installment is my absolute least favorite. I had a very difficult time keeping up with the story, I’m heavily confused (I don’t get the whole Beverly/Kimberly/Helen situation), the extent of the “dumb blonde” angle was a little much. I got to the fourth stage, and eventually called it quits, I couldn’t really handle it much more. The graphics were amazing, and I love the amount of dedication you guys put into the music of your games, including this one. This particular game just wasn’t my cup of tea. I’m still a subscriber, and will continue to be, I love your games. Just not like this, lol.

  • Not terrible, but the older ones are better

I love this developing company, and I’ve been playing their games for sooo long. I love almost all of them. This one was a flop to me, they made the graphics “better”, but now charge ten levels through instead of giving you the option to watch ads (which makes them money). I’m more than willing to watch 20 minutes worth of ads, but don’t charge me for a game that isn’t nearly as good as the older ones. I also didn’t like the character development for sally in this one, she is usually so into doing whatever for herself but now all of a sudden she is acting like such a pushover. Again, I am a huge fan, but this one just wasn’t for me
  • Rude price

I have played multiple Sally version games over the years and not once did I pay even when Sally went across the world to find her true love. It is very deceiving that after chapter 1 I have to pay. Where is the option for free play with ads? And from what I read in the other reviews you have to pay multiple times to finish the game. This is not fair and marketing should be reevaluated. People love these games but they don't like being taking advantaged of.
  • $10? Seriously?!

When I downloaded the game I thought I was going to be able to play the entire thing for free. I finished the first chapter and next thing I know I have to pay a stupid amount of money to play the rest of the game? That’s ridiculous. Why say the game is free to download when you can’t play the entire thing for free? It’s very misleading. I enjoyed the first chapter(which is the only reason this game is getting 2 stars), but I am NOT going to waste 10 dollars just to play a game that was advertised as free.
  • Eh

Ok, I used to love Sally’s spa so I thought this game would be fun. Well.... it is... sort of. The gameplay itself is just like every other one of their games, except in a salon. Which is fine because I normally enjoy these games. However, the thing that really bothers me with this game are the character designs and animation. Sally looks SO bad. I really hate her redesign, and her new personality. She’s really unlikeable, which is a bad thing considering she’s the main character. She’s very annoying and makes stupid decisions. The cutscene animations aren’t awful, but not good. Every characters features are exaggerated resulting in a gross 3D look. Also... the jokes in this game are SO BAD. seriously, you guys need some new writers or you obviously aren’t trying. I mean, it’s an ok game to play when you’re bored but looking at it from an artistic view, it’s pretty bad.
