Love the gym.....Another bad 9round app
Ca’mon - 9round get it together... both your apps are not good - this one won’t connect the 9round monitor (tried new batteries etc) there was a time when it did work but that was a few years ago.... do something with those franchise fees!!

Terrible app for IPhones, does not connect and is useless to even try.

The app does not recognize my heart rate monitor. I can connect with Bluetooth. Disappointed as I would like to use it while doing my home workouts.

It is not syncing with my HR monitor
Help how do I get this to recognize my 9 Round HR. It is connected to Bluetooth abd so is app but the app just keeps spinning! Why anyone have any tips on how to fix this?
The worst
Recognizes heart monitor and then drops it. Connected to blue tooth on the phone, but won’t recognize the heart monitor. Probably wasted an hour over the last 2 days with this trying to stay on track with workouts and it’s been super frustrating. 9 round needs to give this app some MUCH NEEDED attention. It’s really crap
