The studios feature all the boxing Equipment and heavy bags you would expect for a boxing and kickboxing workout, plus an inane amount of functional training tools like kettle bells, battle ropes and sleds (elliptical and nautilus machines need not apply). This, and our lifetime of experience, is key to treating workouts that rock. APPLE HEALTHKIT We also use HealthKit to allow users to share their activity and workout data with the app. This data is used to incentivise users to stay active.
