Good but no light sauce option
If I order a pizza on the website (which doesn’t work well on my phone), I can order it with light sauce. When I downloaded the app, it only lets me order with regular sauce or extra sauce. Make light sauce an option in the app!Gasolina10
Why isn’t Ravenna on the app?
Pizza is great but the app isn’t listing the Ravenna Gianinos location as an option to order from despite the store being open.stonerqween420

Doesn’t work; just order online
I’m unable to create an account. As others have mentioned, I just get an error that Google Maps can’t find my address. I wanted pickup anyway so I tried to checkout as a guest and it didn’t recognize my or any local ZIP codes or city/states, which I’m positive were entered correctly. The app doesn’t work properly
Tried to order through the app. The coupon for the small specialty wouldn’t apply no matter what I did. So I had to switch to online. It was annoying trying to navigate through it. I think it’s silly that you charge for extra sauce on the pizza that is already going on it to begin with. I ordered two bbq chicken pizzas previously and they were so dry you couldn’t even see any sauce on them to begin with. It was the same for the specialty pepperoni piccolo pizza. Online, I was asked to submit feedback for ordering online and it wouldn’t submit the feedback because I used special characters. Apparently periods, commas etc are special characters. You don’t like proper English? I tried to delete them all but it wouldn’t let me go back through anything I typed unless I deleted it all and started over. I was so annoyed by the time I came here I wanted to throw my phone.Heatherfeather99
