We understand how frustrating it must be to see more deliveries going to DoorDash drivers, especially during busy times like Halloween. Please know that it’s not our intention to take away deliveries from store drivers. Our system is designed to prioritize in-store drivers first, but if there are no available drivers or if there are a large number of orders at the same time, it may start assigning orders to our AGG (DoorDash) providers to ensure timely delivery. This is done to help manage the volume of orders and avoid delays, but we understand that it’s not the ideal solution for you. We would love to look into this further and make sure everything is working as it should. Could you please send us an email at support@dragontailsystems.com with your driver ID, store number, and any other relevant details of your experience?
