Genuinely Awful
I feel like it takes more effort to make a system this bad than to just make a functional one. The designer’s ex must’ve been a pizza delivery driver or something with the way they have it out for us. Truly ruins my day every time I have to use it. Constantly logs me out, drains my battery, doesn’t transfer street number to mapping system, marks an order as delivered or not seemingly at random - are you trying to make me kms?Show lessRuins battery heats up phone and also drains battery
We adopted this system at our business a couple of months ago and we have had to completely abandoned using the app on the phones due to the extreme battery drainage. Making the phones extremely hot and we have a couple of people who are even saying that they’ve had to replace their batteries. My Pizzahut switched to this new software to “better” the experience and everyone including the managers have all had nothing but negative things to say about it. It’s been inconvenience after inconvenience after inconvenience. The font they use and the setup for the order screens are god awful and hides certain aspects of the order causing our cooks to miss item after item. They took a simple to use and read system and made it complicated for actually no reason. And on top of the order screen. The so called objective to simplify deliveries is hilarious. The directions tab doesn’t work and only takes you to the designated street rather than THE ADDRESS, and hardly tags you back into the store after a delivery leaving you stuck on the screen blasting the delivery time. FYI, our store has only had this application for the past 3 days, so put that into perspective on the amount of issues and complications so far.Show lessDeveloper Response
