I complained about a problem in September, 2 months later it hasn’t been fixed. In mid October, the game had issues with lag and the screen jumped around and resulted me exchanging something in game that I didn’t intend on getting. I asked for a refund and they said no way to do it, and I asked to escalate but they closed my ticket. I opened a new ticket to say nothing was resolved and I was not given any chance to escalate, so they said they needed a senior agent to deal with it. 2 weeks later, still no response. No compensation or anything given for their own faulty app/glitch.Show lessMysteryLane player

As i was reading the reviews, i noticed dev comments saying “our developers review each comment and take feedback very seriously. Thats a lie for the last 3 years the entire heckfire players have been asking for better overall fun. You took that away long ago. It started with forcing players into larger player brackets with much stronger players forcing them to spend money, and if not they are left in the dust just to have those millions of dead accounts because its not worth spending hundreds just to get in top 100 one time and fall off again. Ive been playing for over 9 years and to invested to quit ive watched so many players come and go. Ive watched players start and spend money like its nothing and sit at the top and stay there. The fun is gone ive grinded for almost a decade and still cant keep up with the money spenders. The game has officially turned into a pay to play. I miss when u could be top dog just by playing consistently this game is pathetic and no longer fun… ive wasted 9 years of my life playing a game that never gave me any satisfaction. The game is dead. The players that are in it arent even what u expect, u would think the higher value players would be more of help to newer players but instead u get called nasty names and get disrespected, forced to switch realms. I dont even go in the global chat anymore because its no point in trying to ask for help or even a civilized conversation. It turns into a battle wich then proceeds into being bullied by the bigger players and their clan mates. You cant have fun in a game u have to hide away in… ATA, you guys are terrible game developers sell the company to someone who cares about their community. You grew a community who loved u in the beginning now everyone has grown to hate the developers. If u don’t believe me make accounts and set them in every realm watch the global chat and watch everyone talk about how the game is just a money pit..Show lessFffdffdf

Thank you for the candid feedback, Fffdffdf. Although we're unable to make happen every single thing that everyone wants. We do try our best to bring to life the things that our community requests. Things that won't break the balance in the game and will help foster healthy competition. We do care about our community and that's why we have staff on Discord talking to every one every day, have been sending out surveys to get better insight and as you can see we are reading every review left and responding. Heckfire is definitely a very competitive game and every realm has their top players. That's the inherent nature of every Player versus Player game. The same goes with some trash talking. Especially when things are very competitive amongst groups of competitors. We know that this can be challenging for some folks and do allow everyone to move to other realms. So they can find the right one for them.
