Absolutely awful customer support and will do anything to try and rob money off you
Made a purchase by mistake because I thought it was something else, requested a refund immediately through apple ( nowhere is it clearly stated that this should be done through GOG) then I receive a mail saying I have to spend the amount of the refund to be able to buy things again when they can simply just remove the items from my inventory as they are not used and never will be. Customer support (Rosa) who I’m sure is a computer won’t help at all so I guess I’ll just be requesting a refund from apple for all of my purchases over the last week of playing and deleting the account and I’d advise anyone else to do the same if that have these issues then they might listen if it starts to hit their profits. I spend pretty big and they block anymore spending for the sake of £20
