    aplikasi mySf memudahkan pembelian pulsa dan kuota internet. sering dapet kuota bonus juga di app ini. tapi kecepatan aplikasi dalam melakukan loading data sangat lambat. harus dikembangkan supaya loadingnya tidak selambat ini. kalo UX nya tidak enak lama” aplikasi pasti ditinggalkan user

    VERY VERY LIMITED English support in App.
    No ability to select customer communication on data levels, balance, etc in English.

    Has credit card payment option, but even per Smartfren sales rep, “it does not work”. Have tried using our cards from US, India, and even the top/preferred Indonesian bank…none work.

    Pretty pathetic! Waiting for another, hopefully major, Indonesian provider to offer eSIM cards!
