Great customer service, IWas have been issues purchasing the credits, I contacted customer service and was able to chat with them online. They were able to get me credit and explain how to use them so far it has worked great

This app is very simple and easy to use. Saved me time of going out to fax. You can't go wrong with this app.
Easy and quick
Very easy, smooth and quick to fax. A pop up box appeared stating fax sent and completed. I tried this app using the free trial period. As previously reviewed by another which made it easier to try the free trial option, credits needed to use this app fax. Pressing the “free credit” link posted the number of credits needed to send the fax. Bingo!
Not clearly explained but thanks to a previous review I followed their direction for the free trial.
Another thing that’s also not clearly obvious or explained is the number used for the sender to alert the receiving end to find the fax document associated with the sender’s number. For receiving business that receive a lot of daily faxes.
That being said, I’ll look into the app help areas for information on this question.
Finally, thanks to a previous reviewer that help me in the case of trying the “free credit”option, please add reviews if others use the fax app to also assist with future users! Cheers mate! Good luck!

Speedy Fax App Top Notch Customer Service
My device is a little more than old, but fairly well taken care of. I had to contact customer service for an issue I was having. My rep was not only amazing, but went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. Even pointing me in the right direction to take care of my needs.
In the end, my fax was sent and it is a happier world because of it.

Does what it’s says
This App is Straight to the point . No monthly subscription that you will have to remember to cancel if your just an casual user simple purchase some very reasonably priced token to use as need and nothing more. It’s Very easy to use, fast. You won’t be disappointed if you just want something simple that works.

I must admit that I was skeptical about being able to send my first fax for free because all, or most of the other apps lie. I was able to send my first free fax, and that’s what I call accurate advertisement. I will now add money for future fax. Thank you for being an app of your word.
Needed a pay as u go fax
I really needed a pay as you go fax since most people don’t except them in my area, everybody does email or scanning attachments. But, you still have a few of those to ask for a fact so if I’m not in the office, I’ve had a hard time being able to do this and I found this one without having to pay $30 a month for a service I might use once or twice every six months! I love the ability to pay with credits and use as you go.

Great customer service!
I just tried to use the app for the second time, however my credits were all gone because I had to wipe my iPhone a few days ago. I reached out in the app chat (on a Saturday night no less) and within a few minutes I was given back my credits plus a few more for my trouble. Very rare to have service like that these days. Oh, and the app worked great and was super easy to use! Thank you very much.

Great for someone who doesn’t fax a lot
I don’t have to fax a lot of documents this is perfect because I can buy credits when I really need it and I don’t have to pay $25 a month to subscribe to send two or three boxes a month
Fees vs Free
My daughter had to be rushed into emergency surgery, and my insurance company needed some notes from the doctors. With Covid my entire family was laid off and money is beyond tight. I googled free fax and another company came up. I downloaded and had everything ready to just be hot with fees the min I hit send. I went on the App Store and this was listed as #1.
Downloaded and needed 40 credits to send. When the bill page came up, free was the 1st thing listed. I was able to scan, send and receive a confirmation within minutes. This app is a real lifesaver!
