This institution ended my auto-payment by Zelle with no justification and no warning. I have been banking with them for 5 years but this is the last year. I wish they were better than a big bank but they’re not- worse policies and worse customer service.Check deposit camera function is terrible!
I can’t use the deposit function on this because when I take a photo of the check it tells me the “edges are folded.” Whatever that means. This really needs to be fixed! For other uses like transferrals and using Zelle the app works well.Check Deposit using mobile App

Your system uses my land line number (ending 4959) when sending me a code. The code should be sent to my cell number ending in 5509. Can it be corrected?Mr and Mrs RKB

I like agfed but this app is absolutey awful. I routinely think about switching credit unions when I have to spend time fixing issues.Deposit photo stinks
It takes a dozen or more tries to get the photo of checks to work. Fix it please
