New is not always improved
I can check my current account balances, I think. Pending transactions and balance after each transaction is not easily found or determined. I had trouble depositing a check, because the photo functions jammed. It took 7 tries, to include rebooting the app and the phone. What’s going on on here? Never had this problem before the update. I hope these are issues that can be resolved without overhauling the look of the app again.Show lessCaroMisk
Remote deposit
The AFCU remote deposit is a God send for me. I live in SC now and have had to remote deposit several checks. Thereby saving me a trip to the bank.chrishues

My bank turns on my phone light and automatically takes the check pic when the check fills the frame.
AgFed app requires a manual pic with only flash an option. Guess what? The app doesn’t like the way the flash illuminates the check. Took eight tries with various flashlights to get my check accepted.Show lessUSDA!

This app is garbage
Please release the new updated app. What happened? We received emails about the new app coming soon and haven’t heard or seen anything come out. Please release soon because this app is garbage.irritated agfed customer
Clunky
Bill pay should be on the front menu, by even once you find it, it doesn’t work. It says “network error” and closes the app. Having to sign in with user name each time is a burden. There are so many good banking apps. This isn’t one of them.OlietheGoalieFan
Seems to work well
Just downloaded this and was able to deposit checks very easily. Negative ratings seem unwarranted. The app works and looks a lot like AgFed mobile site. No problems logging in.Goodmigrations
