Not even able to open it as everytime you press anything on it, the app just shuts down. Horrible!MHvcbchc

Been having issues connecting to the other phone via this app since the beginning. Very expensive but basics are temperamental. I can’t justify why this app is so expensive?EM1!ly100

Every time there is an update I have issues. I try to connect the app says I am online but it won’t pair. I need this to work!!! I should have bought a home monitor systemMemechr
Frequent connection issues
Avoid. Frequent connection issues. Unclear in app what/where the problem is as far as which device has the problem. Weird when both are on the same WiFi network.
Then app crashes/unable to load issues fairly often as well. Occasionally have to uninstall and redownload to get back into the app. Conveniently app not working around time of subscription renewal so I was unable to cancel before being charged again.

Not worth it
The worst baby monitor app out there to me. It does nothing but buffer on the parent end and tell you that you can’t use it over two different networks despite being on the same network. It caused my phone to completely crash and would not uninstall without me rebooting my phone.Nickpersephone

New generation of our app was released. The connection issues are the history. There is just one subscription at this time. No upgrades needed.
