It doesn’t work
My son was screaming and the app didn’t say anythingBabsmk
Disconnected randomly and didn’t detect sound all the time
When everything is connected this works well but I kept getting notified that a device was disconnected from the network when neither were. Also video would stop working and I’d have to turn the app off on my device and restart. Also could see baby was crying but app wasn’t detecting sound randomly.Show lessjoessde

The baby unit closed 4 times throughout the night. I had to go and click back into the app in my daughters room, hoping I would not wake her. This also did not allow for me to get much sleep. I highly recommend you save your money and get something better.ACWS83

Downloaded this to check it out as i needed to be able to go downstairs while baby sleeps. Tested it in front of the crib and i could hear feedback so i assumed it worked, went down to the kitchen and after a long while constantly checking the app thinking it was all fine i get a feeling and when i ran up to check my girl was screaming at the top of her lungs! I didnt hear a thing on the app, it still said she was sleeping!Show lessRaini dot
Doesn’t work..
You cannot connect two devices no matter you use code or QR code both generates error. Not sure why this app got approved by apple for customers even.Abhishek.ca
Could be better
A lot of times, I experience connectivity issues. I even pay extra for the iCloud connection. Otherwise, it works great!Swirley2542

New generation of our app was released. The connection issues are history. There is just one subscription at this time. No upgrades needed.Horrible
This is a horrible App. Constantly loosing connection. Both devices need to be on same network, otherwise to use need to buy additional services. I confirmed both my devices were on same WiFi and it still disconnects. When disconnects to see picture need to close out of app and reopen to work. Had to keep baby monitor on selfie mode because regular camera was just a black screen. Did not get notifications every time my baby would cry, it’s very random when it wants to work properly. Highly recommend not purchasing this app. Creates more of a headache than a convenience.Show lessMommaTrip

Same glitches and nonstop connection issues, worked fine during trial and I still have 4 hours left. Stopped working out of nowhere and keeps offering upgrade so I can connect through a server. I’m on my WiFi network, secured and within four rooms.QueenBear

Just use restore for your payment. The app can be used without the account registration too.
