App won’t pull up on my phone
I’ve got an iPhone XS Max. I got this app after the most recent iPhone update. The app won’t even load on my phone. It pulls up for 1/2 a second and then closes immediately. The app definitely needs an update.shermy83

App won’t work on newer IOS phones
This was my first time purchasing this pass. I downloaded the app and it won’t work with my iPhone X. Support said to wait a couple days because they are putting out a new app that can support newer IOS phones. It’s been more than a couple days. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app each day with no luck. It won’t even open.ts2000!

Doesn’t work
I’ve downloaded the app three different times. Restarted my phone. Closed out all other apps. Every time I try to open pogo it goes to a black screen and automatically closes out the app.frustrated2696
