Great game!

Enjoyable play, enough challenge without being discouraging. Lots of variety and frequent quests to keep it interesting. Just need more gems :)

In game cooking sounds not working

In game cooking sounds not working which it makes it very difficult to manage game yet alone beat any levels. Please fix immediately and reimburse with gems for inconvenience.

Fun but you need to spend money

It was fun up until they stopped giving adequate rubies for completed stories. Unless you’re willing to constantly fork out the cash for rubies you can’t really advance in the game. Sure you can spin the wheel and get 1 ruby a day or complete the story to gain 3 rubies but to upgrade one simple thing to advance in level it costs 9-11 rubies (there are at least 20 necessary upgrades per store). So you end up stuck on a level until an event begin so you can hopefully earn rubies to advance to the next level. This app advertising that there are zero forced Ads and that is true. However this is because you NEED to purchase in game to have fun.

Don’t get me wrong, the game is fun so definitely give it a try. It’s just personally I refuse to purchase in game if developers go out of their way to make it exhausting to play without spending real money. I don’t like people forcing my hand so I’ll be at my current level for a few weeks. :)

Also, apparently people use this as a dating app and like to talk suggestively and flirt in public chat. Public chat is SUPPOSED to be for 16+. Personally I’ve seen an adult male openly flirt with a girl who clearly stated she’s 15 and in highschool. So if your child or teen is playing remember creepy people and pedophiles exist so don’t let them play this unsupervised. If they are in a guild please read the guild chat often. Do not let your children or teens play this unsupervised!!

Hi! We are sorry you had negative experience with our game. We appreciate your feedback and will pass it on to the development team.

It’s fun but needs some major improvements!

After playing and really enjoying Chef & Friends I wanted to check out the other games available from these developers. And don’t get me wrong: it’s fun and has a good story line, but the upgrades are the issue. You need to spend so many gems just to upgrade your kitchen because each upgrade requires both gems and coins!! At first it was fine because it was only 2-3 gems which is reasonable but it became so much to the point where you couldn’t do without buying gems!! And with the levels getting harder you need those kitchen upgrades. I’m very upset, and I’d rather have only a few gems needed but a lot of money required per upgrade as at least I can go to previous restaurants to get more money! It’s ridiculous and frankly I’m a little disappointed as Chef & Friends was really fun. Please take this into consideration.

Best game ever !!!!!😍🥰😜

Dear creators of this game, I personally think that this is the best game that I have ever seen as it is challenging but fun at the same time. I’m here to say in this letter a big thank you for creating this game I love how you made an option for you to create and put clothing on your avatar. There are no ads unless you really want a diamond. You can watch an ad and get a diamonds or money, but the best thing about this game is the cooking part it is so exciting seeing your next restaurant and it is so exciting seeing the food and I love how you get to create your own home and go out to the park. I also love how this game has what ever season four for say, if it was Christmas Halloween or Easter something similar would be on the game like a Christmassy food truck or Halloween decorations to the park. it’s so cool seeing how these changes change every time you go onto this app I love this game and I hope you do too ! Sincerely, from Elise PS this game does have a disappointment to it. I really hope you change this .once you reach the end of the level you cannot play anything of the game and there is no more exciting restaurants that you can discover. I hope you change this

Rapidly losing its appeal

I used to love this game. It was one of the best out there but over the last five years the developers have gotten greedier and greedier They tweak the game especially during quests, making it very difficult for you to complete levels without using boosters or rubies. I used to love that it was virtually ad free. Before you could watch three ads to speed up your items now you have to watch five previously each item upgrade was three stars now it’s four sometimes five. Some of the adverts that you show are quite inappropriate for this type of game. Some of the adverts that you show are quite inappropriate for this type of game. And you now have to use a lot of rubies to upgrade decor, and they keep reducing the amount of rubies you collect in mini in game quests, daily task etc. You can no longer speed up your assistan, you have to use gems. there’s so many glitches in the game. It frequently freezes has tap issues and they tweak it so much during quest that sometimes your character doesn’t work properly. And although I’m connected to Facebook the last five months every time I want to use my Facebook friends to assist me I have to log into Facebook via the app despite having reported this numerous times it’s still not fixed. I feel in their quest to be the best out there, they’re actually making themselves the worst. There are far better games coming without the greed. Mytona listen to your players stop being greedy..

i never write reviews, but…

I have played this game on and off from when it first came out five years ago, and it’s one i always come back to. this is the first cooking game that i’ve found that you don’t HAVE to spend money after a certain point as long as you’re alright with waiting for upgrades (15 minutes, 4 hours, or 8 hours depending on the tier.) the only thing i’ve ever spent money on is the $5 monthly pass to get instant deliveries bc i’m impatient, but it’s totally doable without. it stays fresh because many of the restaurants are very different, the little story lines are cute, there’s constantly a lot of events going on to keep things interesting, there are lots of opportunities to earn the premium currency required for upgrades (events, achievements, daily quests, guild quests, story completions, leaderboard tiers) so if you stay in each restaurant long enough to earn the diamonds there, you will never have to buy currency. and if you find yourself short on the premium currency, you can go back to other restaurants and complete achievements, or if worst comes to worst, wait til tomorrow to do your daily quest and/or any new events to earn more. it’s a solid game, very fun, and it stays interesting. (and no, i’m not a bot and this isn’t a paid endorsement. this really is the best cooking game out there, and trust me, i’ve tried them all.)

New restaurant opening is too cheeky and unhelpful

I think there must be a new pop-up installed in the game where when new restaurant is ready to be opened it automatically popped up, it suggests to click. This is the second restaurant now that I opened when I wasn’t ready, thinking the game asked me to collect coins from previous restaurants. Both times when I was on the roll of winning streak so I just wanted the pop up disappear so I could quickly go back to the game. I hate this cuz I couldn’t play as much and I got stuck all the time. I normally fully upgraded the restaurants first and collected all challenges on serving items before I opened a new restaurants. You keep doing this and I can’t finish upgrading the last 2 of my previous restaurants I don’t like it. Please stop this pop up. I’ll open the restaurant when I’m ready. Losing days in and days out cuz I don’t have enough rubies makes this game boring and it’s a shame if I have to stop playing cuz I enjoy my guild mates
