Don’t download for your laptop!
I love this game and got used to playing it on my laptop. With the recent update, I have not been able to play it much on my laptop because it freezes, you can’t click on anything because of the freezing and I keep losing rewards because you can’t watch any videos or do any projects. You can’t even chat with your co-op family. Several people in my Co-op are having the same problem as I. It’s not right that we spend our hard earned money on this game and nothing is being done it seems to fix it. I’m just very frustrated with the developers of this game right now! The game is very fun and addicting but when you have issues they don’t seem to care about it.

Market Improvement Issue
This is overall a really great game! Tournaments are new and interesting, there’s always something to do, and the community is really nice and welcoming. However, I’ve recently run into a problem with the market. It will no longer allow me to make improvements. Whenever I try to a pop up screen tells me there is an error and that I don’t have enough resources. This sadly isn’t the case because I do have enough resources. I tried rebooting my phone and instead it made it worse by completing resetting my market level but the rest of my farm remained in the same state it was before powering my phone off. I don’t know how to solve this issue and have asked for help but the suggestions don’t seem to be solving the issue.

Needs some fixing
Absolutely love this game, but there are some major things that could be fixed.
Maybe the game is too large, I’m unsure.
The app crashes way too much. Updates are done during competition week, which is horrible. Why not do it during individual week? Once you get to a certain level/size of farm, it’s impossible to grow anymore because land cost way too much, therefore you have to spend real money to buy coins or farm cash. Some buildings are RIDICULOUSLY priced.

Hoping the reviews were wrong?
I was hoping all the reviews about it crashing all the time were wrong, however the game crashes 4-5 times a day. I have never played a game that crashes so much. Game play itself is ok, but all the constant adds for money is very annoying. The screen with the actual game is very cluttered due to all the ‘offers’ trying to get me to spend money. I understand you need to make money but maybe you should take a look at how Township is run. That game is amazing, never crashes and is very generous with its farm cash. This game has the potential but needs a lot of work. You need to LISTEN to your players.

Customer service terrible
I’ve been playing for a while and not received my rewards for events. The only way I could contact them was through fb and all I got was I will pass it on to the team. And then again today no rewards for the club event. I am NOT the only person with the issue. App has been reinstalled and still nothing. I won’t be spending anymore on the game until the problem is sorted. Oh and it is expensive to progress so don’t be fooled by the offers when you first start playing as the cost goes up stupidly high.

This game demands constant watching of ads that are often hard to get out of. It demands real world money if you want to expand your farm. It CONSTANTLY crashes!! With all of the money and constant ads, you could at least make this a smooth game to play. There are always glitches!! I'm ready to give up. I enjoy my co-op friends and that's the only reason I haven't already! I think some greed has factored in to the administration of this game. I know I'm not the only one who has these sentiments. I will not pay anymore money to play this game and will leave as soon as I have run out of what I've already purchased if things do not improve. Done with this!!!

Manifold
Taking away the main coop tournament was a poor move. I appreciate low level players can’t help much but we all had to start from the beginning so it’s highly unfair to remove it.
Also a feature to reward or promote coop members (but not to the deputy level) would be very beneficial to leaders who want to recognise the hard work their coop members put in.
Also it takes a very long time to level up so maybe you could look at the xp required.
I won’t be buying anymore stuff as you just keep removing things.

Just Gets Old
I think I am finally going to say good bye to this game. It was fun when I first got it, and I found a co-op I enjoy being part of. However, I have hit a point where I need a lot of the random building material (mallets) in order to go any further on almost all of my buildings and fields. I don’t mind spending a little real money for a game, but this would take big bucks. I’m trying to earn the items just naturally through the game, but it is taking forever. Also, I get kicked off the game constantly. I will be in the middle of a task and the game just shuts off and I have to restart it, and I rarely get back to the task I was doing prior to the shut down. It just continues to get frustrating. I keep hanging on because I have invested in it, but I think I am just done. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this game.

Therefore, things get more expensive and take a little longer as your level increases. Otherwise there wouldn't be a challenge! Big Farm: Mobile Harvest
Tech support is poor. Went to website and unable to get my problem resolved. The game would actually load and then go off. Had all updates done, both on my phone and the game, and even shutdown and after rebooting I still couldn’t open the game. Even tried opening on my iPad and it still did the same thing; so thinking it was on the game builder’s end. ??? Causing a lot of problems not able to work out the status of my game placement and in a co-op where you can get kicked off if you are not in the game to help with projects that have to be completed within a certain time period.

Could’ve Been Better!
Honestly the rewards are great for every job completed. However, why is it so hard to find the seeds of every plant?! When you grow them there’s literally no seeds left & you have to purchase more seeds. How come the plants we plant, can’t be used to plant more plants? Or how come its so hard to purchase any of the plants seeds?! Not only are the seeds kind of hard to get but every single plant based items are also hard to get. Also, some of the plants take forever to grow. Yes, there are boosters for plants to grow faster &/or grow more but those are also difficult to obtain. This game is honestly kind of boring, seeing as to how frustrating it can be. Please change these !
